Tumandar () is a title given to leaders of tribes among the Baloch people and Pashtuns in Pakistan.
As defined in the Gazette of Pakistan,Gazette of Pakistan, 1976-04-08, Extraordinary, Part I: System of Sardari (Abolition) Ordinance 1976 (No. 15). a "Tumandar" or "Sardar" who is accepted as the leader of a tribe, under any custom or usage or otherwise could obtain free labour from other persons or compel them to work against their will.
