Polyglycylation

 ( Post-translational Modification ) 

Polyglycylation is a form of posttranslational modification of Glutamic acid amino acid of the C-terminus region tubulin in certain (e.g., axonemal) originally discovered in Paramecium, and later shown in mammalian neurons as well.
