Ciliofusospora is a genus of fungus within the class Sordariomycetes. The relationship of this taxon to other taxa within the class is unknown ( incertae sedis). Ciliofusospora is monotypic, containing the single species Ciliofusospora oenocarpi. described as new to science in 1963.
