Ayapanopsis is a genus of flowering plants in the family Asteraceae. King, Robert Merrill & Robinson, Harold Ernest. 1972. Phytologia 24: 382-386 Tropicos, Ayapanopsis R.M. King & H. Rob.

Ayapanopsis is native to the Andes of South America, from southern Colombia to Argentina.
