In Greek mythology, Anactor (Ancient Greek: Ἀνάκτορα means 'palace') was a prince as son of King Electryon and Anaxo, daughter of Alcaeus. He was the brother of Stratobates, Gorgophonus, Phylonomus, Celaeneus, Amphimachus, Lysinomus, Chirimachus, Archelaus and Alcmene, mother of the hero Heracles.Apollodorus, 2.4.5.
