Aglaus () was a semi-Greek mythology poor citizen of Psophis in Arcadia. When King Gyges, king of Lydia asked the oracle whether any man was happier than he was,Valerius Maximus, vii. 1. § 2Pliny the Elder Natural History vii. 47 the oracle pronounced Aglaus to be happier on account of his contentedness.
