An excellent book, with easy-to-follow exercises and thorough explanations of the reasons for them. I particularly like the chapter on the negative effects of prolonged sitting (which most of us do!), and how foam rolling can counteract them. John Watson's photos are outstanding, with the author wearing a differently-coloured top in each of the 3 sections (Flexibility & Mobility, Self-Massage, Strength & Core Stability).
