This book came recommended to me by another traveler. I found it to be full of important details when traveling to a place I have never been to (Europe).
I bought the book based on his reputation. It was okay but I think perhaps things have changed in the European countries since his reviews and tips of some of the places were not as we expected and as he described. Some highly rated places were jammed with tourists and junk stores. Nothing like it was 20 years ago. I actually got more information on-line reading tips from people who had just made a similar trip through these countries.
