Yes, I do Chair Yoga at my local YMCA with the Silver Sneaker program.I got the book when it first came out.I now also do it in the evening about 7:00pm at home in my Dinning room the quitiest room and darkest room in my home. Chair Yoga for You arrived in great condition. The exercises are helpful for the fitness class I lead of senior citizens. The exercises are doable and practical. I have been using it for ideas since the book arrived.
What a great way to use your time in the office during those one hour phone calls. I have the book on my desk so I can strike a pose or two while I listen to people talk. For the endurance and strength postures, I close the door in case people pass by in the hall. They might not understand the warrior postures. Some of the simple postures will work while driving too.
