I recently bought this book since it was new in the market and had one but high rating. I had completed doing all the old PRITEs and was wanting to practise more questions. I was disappointed though with the book. The questions do not reflect the PRITE style and so it does not resemble the ABPN style . Majority of the questions are written as, 'Which of the following is NOT TRUE', ''Which of the following is TRUE', 'All are correct EXCEPT' style.This makes the book boaring and uninteresting. There are over 4,000 articles in peer reviewed medical journals showing frank biological pathology in ME. ME causes an enormous amount of morbidity and suffering. The propagation of falsehoods like these contribute to a huge amount of iatrogenic morbidity (and sometimes mortality) for people with ME.
