Yes as was stated by another reviewer, this is a small 2 inch plastic Bat-Signal, but unlike said reviewer, I knew that when I bought it as it gives the dimensions. This cool Bat-Signal works great and can actually project on walls when lights are dim. I bought this to use with my Heroclix games and the scale is perfect for that.
