The title of this product clearly says that it comes with eText access card. It is a lie. It does not come with it and Amazon will not do anything to get it for you. You are better off just buying the eText only online.
Also, the customer service rep that told me he couldn't do anything offered to give me a $15 amazon credit for my trouble but I never got it. :(
I was educated many years ago, way before they elaborated the human genome. I felt I needed to learn the language of genetics in order to understand current medical literature, so I purchased various books in this field. Unfortunately, all were above my head until I purchased this one. I have just begun to read the book, but my initial impression is that I will finally understand the subject. The book really does get down to basics and has a decent index as well. H..
