Took out my old cheap dingy looking tray and put this in its place. Very easy to use - simply pull out side panels to adjust to drawer width. My tray stays in place - it does not slide around as other reviewers have stated. Love that it has eight slots to hold my utensils - more than most of the others I looked at. I would totally recommend this.
