Is the cable slitter for quick and precise removal of insulation from round cables without nicks. Unique lever and blade design allows ringing, longitudinal slitting and spiral slitting of cable jackets. The Cable holding bracket has an integrated sharpened edge for removing insulation. It has an adjustable blade cutting depth and comes with a spare blade in the handle. Platinum was created based upon two very simple objectives.
