I normally do simple yoga at home since I've never really been in front of an instructor. This video is great for anyone starting out during their pregnancy. It goes through a lot of stretches and targets some key muscles in preparation for birth. I've enjoyed the video and I would recommend it to anyone who is not too familiar with yoga just yet. If you have prior experience, you'll find it kind of slow and not too challenging.
I checked out at least 8 yoga videos from the library and even rented a couple from netflix. This is the one I like the best. It's not hokie and I feel more relaxed and flexible by the end. In my first and second trimester I did this video, stairs, and other workouts but am now in my third trimester and am only doing this video, the pool, and walks. Definitely am going to buy her video for after pregnancy and then download some of her podcasts!
