Purchased to renew expired subscription. Spent a hour attempting to activate/install on my computer to no avail. Called microsoft support who spent nearly 2 1/2 hours remotely controlling my computer attempting to make it work but once again to no avail. It's strange but it costs a bit less to buy the card, have them mail the card to you then it does to buy the subscription directly from Microsoft website. Office 365 is the cheapest way to get online storage and for many years I used LibreOffice/OpenOffice but Microsoft has so improved their products that I decided the switch made sense because I was a lot more productive and they've really given thought to how things are laid out and I think it's a lot better tha..
