The rating is well deserved.. It did take a little bit of time to get used to. Once the settings were locked in the keyboard worked great. I will have to have a little cheat sheet for the Short cuts but after that it will be smooth. The keyboard worked better on my tablet than for my phone, I have Galaxy Note 10.1 AND Galaxy Note 3. The mouse feature is great. You will find that it HAS to be on a level surface.
Giving this a 4 star rating because it lacks a manual to tell you how to use the keyboard but this is a very nice product. The keyboard doesn't take long to get familiar with.... Just played around with it to figure out the keystroke and beeps. Out of the box very easy to setup and use.
