The Therapy for Memory: Tranquil Sounds for Relaxation and Sleep CD can be listened to in the background during the day, while getting ready for bed and also during sleep. Scientific research has shown that reducing stress can protect against brain aging, and also shown positive effects of listening to music (especially while sleeping).
