My six year old daughter would have been heart broken if she couldn't have been Dorothy this Halloween that is the only reason the costume was not sent back. I know these things are produced as quickly as possible, but the company the costume came from should really pay attention to quality control. This dress was very cute, however it was poorly made. The straps were sown on all twisted and so we had to try and stitch them at the shoulders so they would seem straight. The shoulders at the seam were coming apart after only one hour of wear. Seveal of the seams at the arms and skirts were unraveling before putting on and had to be re-sewn. I had to put a lot of work into fixing the dress so she could wear it and at the price I paid should not have had too.
I was hesitant to order this online bc I couldn't see it, but after reading the measurements (39" tall & 22" waist) and that it fits 2-4 yrs old, and after looking at the product picture and a reviewers picture, I decided it would be a safe bet. When I pulled it out of the box, I could not believe how small it was. I double checked the tag and it's confusing bc it says "2-4T" but underneath it says "for ages 1-2".
