C. Burton "M.R.CAB," thanks for the heads up. I am going to give an honest opinion from a fan's perspective. I have both the so called "knock off" and "Real" versions. I am very pleased to say that they both work exactly the same. The flash drive works very well and they both transform. Having been a fan of the Transformers cartoon show since it first came out back in the eighties, I was soooo glad that someone decided to bring this character back. Whether it is a knock off or real it did not matter to me. ..
About the knockoffs being the same... the difference between the real one and the knockoff that *I* have at least is the "Desktop Defender" program that the real one has. A little Ravage will appear on your screen and wander around and eat icons, and other things.The KO, however, typically goes for only about 10-ish bucks on ebay when sold auction-style. It's a good compromise if you don't have the 50-ish bucks for the real one.However, I don't recommend getting the KO if it's being sold for the same price ..
Just to let people know, this item is actually a knockoff of the real thing, which only came in 2GB form. The first picture is that of the REAL one and the second two are the knockoffs(as of 4/24/2010). Please do an internet search and know what you are getting! The real one has metal parts on it's legs, and the knockoff has white plastic, and this particular one is almost twice the size of the real Ravage and doesn't look as nearly as good.(the real one is a bit hard to find at the moment, and all these kn..
