this phone looks good-attractive design- but the construction is cheap plastic. the sound quality is terrible-loud crackling static on both ends of line. Ant online does not take returns and manufacturer is overseas so I am stuck with this worthless phone. should have bought a real old phone instead or a better brand.
The only reason I didn't rate this as '1' is because the product shipped more quickly than the estimated arrival date. As for the phone itself...It looks like plastic - and a good portion of it IS plastic.On the part that is metal (I think it's metal) around the base of the phone, where the goldish-brassy looking design is, there a large seam that does not sit flush to the unit.
