I've had this dock for about 4 months (the 11" size, but otherwise identical to the 13" size you're looking at now). I was happy with it right away, and like it even more as time goes on.Furthermore, the manufacturer has provided exceptional support. I contacted them about a couple issues, they responded immediately and were very helpful and pleasant. One turned out to be a problem with OS X (not their dock). Another problem was that my wifi speeds were greatly red..
