The phone is fine. My complaint is a design flaw for these types of phones. We have several different 4 line office phones that work great together. You get a call on line 1 and put it on hold, someone at another phone can pick it up. This phone can't do that. If we answer on one phone and I want the portable to pick up, it says "line in use" and won't let you talk on that line.There are many times when we want two or three of us on the same line to listen ..
