So far, the D40u-D1 has been excellent as a computer monitor. Text is distinct, response via the 4k@60Hz input works well, and it boots up fast. Setup was a snap, and the remote is highly intuitive. I actually returned a M50-c1 after finding it to be just too big to use as a monitor, though it too looked great.There are only two minor quibbles I've found with the D40u-D1: - Unless you use the single 4k@60Hz input, you get severe input lag from your PC.
