These looked quite nice when I first got them...But after 2 months use I went back to my old cutting board. Here's why, the non slip feet constantly get in the way when cutting out clearing chopped foods from the board. They discolor easily. They warp. The just won't hold up.
I really wanted to love these cutting boards - especially considering how much they cost. I had heard Epicurean is a good brand, but I'm being told these aren't genuine Epicurean boards. I don't know if they are or not. I know that mine has warped after only a few months of use, making cutting dangerous.
