Great cutting board! Works as expected and hasn't dulled my knifes. I wanted a huge thinner cutting board to leave on the counter and this fits the bill.... the only issue i have is it will not fit in my dishwasher standing up so I have to put it on the top above the cups - easy enough. Great board!
I really like this cutting board a lot. It looks sharp, is easy to handle and does the job. I noticed that whatever I cut seems to get severed completely with less effort that it did on my wood cutting board. It's also quiet which was a concern for me as I like to chop a lot and didn't like the noise on the glass cutting board I previously owned. Also it's easy to clean. Very glad I found this product and looking forward to using it a lot. I ordered the smaller one as well. Highly recommended.
After using a larger, natural color Epicurean board at a friend's, I was impressed with the light weight and slim lines. Less bulk equals less energy to carry to the sink or garbage when cleaning the surface between different food items. I gave this version to some friends for Christmas, as I like the look of the color contrast.
