I bought this barrel for a friend as a birthday gift. Let me tell you it works great. I was worried that it may be to long and that the paintballs might actually break before they came out of the barrel. That was not the case at all. The accuracy was greatly improved, very noticeable to see the difference. It is just as good as a actual Tippmann barrel just without the price tag. I would recommend this barrel to amateur and professional paintballers alike.
The most important thing to think about when looking at a barrel are pos and cons. How do you play and what would be best suited for your personal play style. I prefer accuacy over run n gun. This is the perfect barrel for accuracy I have never found a better precision barrel. Running is extremely limited there is nearly no mobility with this barrel if you try to run you'll trip or hit a tree. Its the only barrel I used but it fits my play style perfectly.
This is an extremely accurate barrel. I shot 20 balls through this barrel on a target and all 20 balls went about 5 inches from the middle of the target, from about 60 feet away. (Setup: -US Army Project Salvo -22 inch barrel -24oz CO2 -Halo v35 hopper -Extremely dented paintballs) This barrel does not fit the front rails of the Project Salvo perfectly, as the diameter of the barrel is a little too small, but is still completely functional and is not really that bothersome.
