I bought these for a trip to Croatia and Amsterdam. They work great. You do have to be careful when plugging your electrcal device into them because sometimes you can get a spark. I found the best way to use them was to plug my device into them first, then plug them into the outlet.

I bought these and took them to France, and as fate would have it, all of my electronic devices are 110/220v, so the only part missing is the adapter. This doesn't step-down the voltage- it's a shape change only. Very probably that's all you'll need. Seriously- check your laptop charger, your cell phone charger, cordless shaver, camera battery charger- all of that kind of stuff is ready for 220 I'd bet (it's typically in fine print on the device).
