When I vacuumed with a bag-less vacuum, I had to clean out the dirt container after every vacuuming. This had me getting wheezing and asthma attacks.After dumping the bag-less and getting the Miele, I have yet to change the bag. I have vacuumed over ten times with the same bag and the indicator still says it's not full. The suction has not diminished. I am sticking to the OEM bags because they last so long, and I can't afford to buy a new vacuum if a cheap bag ..
USE THESE BAGS! I have owned my Miele Capricorn since 2010 and have used nothing but the recommended Miele bags. I've owned a lot of vacuums and they always leak dust - outside, inside, anywhere - I thought that was just the way it was. Then I saw the videos of this vacuum and, although I've always had uprights, I thought I'd give it a chance. Wow! What a difference! I purchased the extra hepa filter with the carbon because I have pets, but with these GN bags there..
