I ordered this mount based on the stated specs showing up to a 400mm mounting pattern. After I began the installation I discovered that this mount does not support a 400mm x 400mm mounting pattern - it supports a 400mm x 200mm with the supplied hardware. Since my set requires 400mm x 400mm I feared I would have to send the mount back. The included instructions emphasized calling the Level Mount customer support number before returning the product.
