These taste good and Nordic Naturals is notoriously good at keeping their fish oil free of mercury and other things that shouldn't be taken in your supplement, but the actual amount of Omega 3s in these is low. My children get four a day ( so we go through these 8 a day...that means 224 per month) which gets expensive. Still, it is better than not taking them at all; at least they will take these. I just wish it wasn't so expensive to not do the job completely :..
I have been searching for GOOD Omega 3's for my children for quite some time. I was leery of gummies since out last purchase of Lil Critters Omega 3. They were absolutely disgusting!! So I thought after reading the reviews here for these we would give these a try. I was pleasantly surprised to NOT smell ANY TRACE of fish when I opened the bottle! Then smelled the gummies and they smelled great! Bottom line: my kiddos LOVE THESE. I am a hard critic (as are they) ..
