When opening the bag, the right slot clasp is hard to snap out of even after pushing down all the way. There is a little part that causes it to get stuck when attempting to slide the buckle out of the slot. This strangely does not occur on the left side, however. I LOVE this bag. The leather is gorgeous and smells lovely. It's well put together, logically laid out, and has plenty of space. The clasps underneath the decorative buckles securely close.
