I ordered 24 of these games for promotions at some of our accounts and found that six of them were broken and/or didn't even have the wiring connected and some were missing the football. I searched the internet to try and contact the manufacturer and they are the "needle in a haystack". I was also very disappointed with amazon.com not being able to correctly arrange for the return of the non-working items - which still sit at my warehouse.
