The CableIQ is a great product that feels purposefully crippled by Fluke. It's careful not to overlap on features offered by products in the same category, so you can't get by with one device. The qualification tests do a number of measurements like insertion loss, return loss, crosstalk, impedance, and ELFEXT, which is great, yet you don't get any of those values, just a check mark.
