The product arrived and there was an issue with the back. I called customer service late on a Saturday and left a voicemail message. I did not expect to hear back from anyone until the next week, but I received a call Sunday and the issue was resolved that day.The product looks very nice. It is an excellent solution to hide this necessity. The company is very responsive and eager to make sure the customer is happy.I highly recommend this product and this company.
My cats' litter box was in my walk-in closet, and I wanted something to "hide" it and found this. It's almost too pretty to keep hidden in the closet. Instructions for assembly are very clear. It's very sturdy and really beautiful. The drawer is very handy for keeping your "utensils." My kitties are stylin'!!! Shipping was very quick, too.
Update: Still love this box, it is holding up nicely. Also a tip -if your cat pushes open the doors and kicks litter all over the place, you can solve this by taking a hairband and keeping it around the door knobs, this forces kitties to enter and exit through the DOOR and not make a mess.Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I have two cats, and one of them has always refused to use covered boxes. I picked this cabinet because it is bigger than most, and has a nice large opening on the side unlike many..
