I'm a finish carpenter who ends up needing lots of little tools close at hand but who dislikes the bulky bags most carpenters wear. I've used the bucket boss brand which is very durable and well designed- except that it hangs on your neck which gives me posture problems. There is a cross-back bucket boss apron but it is of light weight construction. I've been using the throw-away light-weight white (CLC?) cross back 12 pocket apron which actually is pretty comfort..
