I'm very excited to own this bundle, as I've been looking to get a PSP and I've been a longtime fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise, so I had to have this when I discovered it.The PSP-3000 console is in a very unique color in that at arm's length it appears a pretty common white but at closer examination it has a shimmery finish. Going by the package images I thought the unit was going to be an "off-white" color but it is in fact pearlescent (opalescent) white and under direct lighting or bright indirect lighting it does "sparkle" as the first reviewer stated though I would hardly consider it "glittery" myself and I think it's a really nice effect.Under normal indirect lighting conditions it just looks off-white so it's not like it's sparkling all the time unless you happen to like playing under bright lights. I'd like to say first off before you buy this, the PSP itself, is SPARKLY white! Its not a flat white, it is a glittery white. Just glad I got it for my wife. So if you have a wife or girlfriend that wants one, then you should get them this one. More then likely she will give you the assassins creed game. Which is win win!
