I recently purchaded the 20 bar and have been using it for various toning exercises. The bar is comfortable to hold and does not scratch up my floor. The bar is made of cast iron but covered in some kind of rubber foam. I uses for bicep curls, tricep, squats and lunges. Very versitile. i love my body bar!
Got this bar on time, and was exactly what I thought it would be. There's a lot of different things you can do with this thing...I would consider buying some at different weights. Got the 5 lb one for doing lots of reps. Also works as a stabilizer bar and other things. I like it. :)
