I bought four of these 6' sync cables for my family, we all have iPhones and various other Apple products and these cables have been a godsend. They are about double the length of the cables that actually come with your device and they work just fine with the adapter or direct into the USB port on any computer. It is nice to have cables that are long enough to reach those inconvenient spots where electricians choose to put electrical outlets, like back behind the bed, etc. well with the 6' cable I no long..
