This is the exact replacement flapper for the Kohler 3323 Santa Rosa toilet with the square overflow. I purchased the toilet from a big box store many (more than 10) years ago, and this is the first repair. I replaced the flapper with this one after the Kohler website cross referenced the original part number 85655 to the GP1078440. It is an exact fit.
