                                 I didn't know that this was in the printer - my other HP units don't have them. When it was deemed full by the printer (HP 500) I got a message and the printer stopped - no option to do a few more pages. As we were getting ready for a giant (9000 page) document we were lucky to have time to get this replacement. I got a few extras as the price is nothing and the consequence of it being full are too large. Easy to remove the old and install the new.
