Okay, this is a fun way to put your GoPro or compatible camera in an unusual angle to capture some different type videos or photos. Very light and adapt easily to existing mounts. Be aware that they do extend out a bit and you have to get used to the fact that you now have a boom arm on your helmet, that makes getting through doors or narrow passages problematic.
But, they work well and provide a break from the usual camera angles.
