I used this for about 2 months before it broke. It made a crackling noise straight away but worked fine. Now the heat/power shuts off unless the cord is head just right. The wiring connecting the iron to the cord is faulty, and probably dangerous. I missed the return window for the product. It worked well before the wiring failed. I wish I could replace it, but I'm not willing to throw away more money on this product.
