Every bit as good as Super Thrive in a complete organic package. It definitely helps in seed starting and the reduction of transplant shock when repotting.
My son talked me into buying this to help revive 3 plants that appeared dead. He told me it would work and it did for two of them. The third plant was pretty much beyond help but with thrive it did sprout a couple of green leaves. I will be using this with all my plants from now on!
