I have a complaint about this product--Amazon always has more products that other customers have bought when they buy the steam mop. One of these is the Euro-Pro XT3501 All-Purpose Micro-Fiber Cleaning Pockets 2 pack. I bought this thinking I was getting extra pads for the steam mop. When it came, they were for an extra large version and I didn't have the extra large gizmo you put the pads on. I love my steam mop and I love the refill pads, two sets that come with the mop are not enough if you don't want to wash them with other things. I have animals in a rainy climate. Finally I can keep my kitchen and bathroom floors clean with these. You don't get skunked every time you pull your mop out. Obviously, I bought this for my steam cleaner, so I would have a set to use and a set to wash. The directions clearly state that this product is NOT to be dried in the drier or it will lose it's micro-fiber(dirt adhering) properties. Unfortunately this is not printed on the product itself, only on the papers that came with it.
