This item is god sent. It helps great, but sometimes you forget its there when you need it and you rely on the regular cross hairs. It's more like reassurance. If you have steady aim in MW3 or MW2, you can hit a bunch of no scopes in under three shots, doubting you have to shoot more than once to hit the noscope with this.
