The product works great! I tested it on my 2003 dodge stratus and was able to read the engine fault and reset it immediately. Haven't used the other features yet but I do know that the device is communicating. It takes a little computer knowledge to install the driver for the device (I use windows 7). The amazing thing about this OBDII device is the range of vehicles that it works with. I have used it on a '97 Chevy, a '97 Ford and an '07 Chevy and it showed codes and sensor readings. I was able to diagnose and fix a couple problems on the old Chevy and the old Ford and saved a ton of money over having to go to a dealer or a shop. But only drawback is that you need a laptop PC to use in the vehicle and probably an inverter (converts 12v to 120vac) to power the laptop. It is not as easy to use as a self-c..
