With a twist pen applicator New CID Cosmetics i-slick Luxurious Lip Colour in Mink has a super soft silicone nib for precise application every time. The silky formulation goes on like a gloss but with the pay-off of a lipstick. Directions of use: Twist the base of the pen to deposit a generous amount of i-slick onto the soft applicator.
