Welcome to my Twin Results Workout.I hope you are ready to get fit and see some serious results. Together with my personal trainer I will run you through the programme that I used to maintain fitness before and during pregnancy and to regain shape after the birth of my twins.This workout concentrates on developing and maintaining core flexibility as well as upper and lower body strength and suppleness.
