Welcome to my ultimate workout which we have spent a year planning and this time have incorporated more squats abs and stretches giving you a more rounded and satisfying workout.This routine has been put together so you can build your strength and stamina gradually and includes 2 sections of cardio and 20 minutes targeting shoulders and arms abs press-ups sit-ups and of course those bums. For those of you who want to work even harder there are a further 20 minutes worth of exercises in the extras section along with a few encouraging words from yours truly and there is even a 'bail out' option should you find the going too tough.I take my fitness seriously but also it is vital to have fun at the same time and unless I'm sweating then I don't think I'm working hard enough. You will certainly see me sweating in this workout. Have a good workout.
